Job Description

Job Title: Security Guard

 

Location: Roach Lifescapes Office, Indiranagar, Bangalore
Preference: Kannada-speaking (Kannadiga preferred)

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our office premises at Roach Lifescapes, Indiranagar. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry/exit, maintaining discipline, and safeguarding employees, visitors, and property.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor and control access at the main gate/reception area
    • Verify and record visitor entries and exits
    • Ensure all employees and visitors follow security protocols
    • Conduct regular patrols within the premises
    • Handle security incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently
    • Maintain daily logs and reports of activities
    • Coordinate with management in case of any suspicious activities
    • Ensure proper parking management and vehicle checks if required
    • Assist in fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in security services (office/commercial property preferred)
  • Basic education (10th pass or above)
  • Must be able to communicate in Kannada (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Hindi/English will be an added advantage
  • Physically fit and alert
  • Good observation and problem-solving skills
  • Honest, disciplined, and well-groomed

Working Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts (day/night)
  • Weekly off as per roster

Additional Preference:

  • Candidates residing near Indiranagar or within a 5–8 km radius will be preferred
